Terms and conditions
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders placed on pk-gallery.art. The seller is KCraft Studio LTD, Neofytou Nikolaidi & Theod. Kolokotroni, Onisiforou Center, 2nd floor, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus (registration no. HE 485092, VAT ID CY60278644N), which operates the shop under the brand PK Gallery.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of works in the shop is not a binding offer. By completing payment via Stripe you make a binding offer to purchase the works in your cart. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. Before completing the order you can review and correct your details in the cart and on the payment page at any time. The contract languages are English and German. We store the contract text; you receive its essential content with the order confirmation.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added and shown in the cart before you order (see shipping & payment). For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are borne by the buyer.
4. Payment
Payment is made via the payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods are shown on the payment page. For payment methods that are confirmed later, the order is processed once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries that can be selected in the cart. The expected delivery time is shown in the cart and starts when payment is received. Originals are unique; if an original is purchased by several people at the same time, the payment completed first applies. If a work is unexpectedly unavailable after the contract has been concluded, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments made.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
8. Warranty and presentation
Statutory warranty rights apply. Originals are hand-painted unique pieces; colours may differ slightly from the image depending on your screen. Room views in the shop are visualisations; the stated dimensions are authoritative.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Mandatory statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
