Delete your account

This is how you delete your account in the “PK Gallery” painting app by KCraft Studio LTD together with all data. An account is created when you first open the app; we do not store names or email addresses.

In the app

1. Open your profile in the app.
2. Tap “Delete account and all data”.
3. Confirm the deletion.

We immediately and permanently delete your account, all your own photos and progress photos, guides, projects and progress, feedback, paint box, shopping lists, your settings and reports. We have your record deleted at our purchase service RevenueCat; if you secured your account with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke the app’s sign-in.

Without the app

Email hello@pk-gallery.art with the subject “Delete account” and the account ID shown in the app’s profile. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you. Without the account ID we cannot find your account, because we do not store names or email addresses. Accounts that are not used for 24 months and have no running subscription are deleted automatically.

What is not deleted

Deleting your account does not end a subscription. Cancel it in your app store account settings. Purchase receipts remain with Apple or Google. Server log files with IP addresses are deleted after 14 days at the latest. We keep no other data. More in the app privacy notice.
