City in Blue

A slender tower rises at the centre of a rainy city street, framed by tall buildings and hazy, blossom-like foliage. Small dark figures, one under a red umbrella, walk across the wet pavement, and their reflections blur into the glowing colours below. Deep blues, turquoise and violet dominate, while touches of red and pink warm the scene. The mood is quiet and dreamy, somewhere between solitude and the pulse of the city.
